This is a full-time telehealth role providing direct clinical services to individuals receiving outpatient behavioral health and addiction treatment services.The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients achieve long-term recovery, comfortable providing care in a virtual environment, and experienced with assessments, treatment planning, individual therapy, group therapy, and timely clinical documentation.What You'll DoAs a Virtual Therapist, you will provide direct clinical care and support throughout the client's treatment experience. Responsibilities include:Complete biopsychosocial assessments upon intakeDevelop, maintain, and update individualized treatment plansConduct weekly or biweekly individual therapy sessionsFacilitate virtual evening group sessions, including process and psychoeducational groupsAssess client progress toward treatment goals and objectivesAdminister and review clinical assessments, including PHQ-9, GAD-7, and C-SSRSIdentify and escalate safety concerns, clinical deterioration, or the need for a higher level of careMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in KIPU EMR within 24 hours of each client encounterEnsure documentation supports medical necessity and meets clinical standardsParticipate in clinical meetings, documentation reviews, and quality improvement activitiesMaintain a private, HIPAA-compliant space and reliable internet connection for telehealth servicesWhat We're Looking ForMinimum qualifications include:Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related fieldIndependent Ohio licensure (LMHC, LISW, LMFT)Experience providing individual and group therapyExperience with clinical assessments, treatment planning, and documentationAbility to facilitate evening virtual groupsStrong communication, organization, and clinical follow-throughCurrent CPR/First Aid certificationAbility to successfully complete a background checkPreferred QualificationsExperience working with individuals with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health conditionsExperience in outpatient, PHP, IOP, residential, or addiction treatment settingsKIPU EMR experience preferredStrong comfort level with telehealth platforms and virtual clinical careWhy Join Us?We offer:Competitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off, sick time, and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and growthSupportive and collaborative team environmentThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and familiesWork EnvironmentThis is a remote clinical position. xhyhwjd Candidates must have a private, confidential, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet connection sufficient for telehealth service delivery.
