You’ll lead a team of recruiters and own the day-to-day execution of recruiting across the company. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers across engineering, research, and go-to-market to set priorities, build strong pipelines, and make sure the team is delivering against the roles that matter most. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll coach the team, remove blockers, improve how we operate, and step into searches.
