Job Title: RPA Analyst

Position Summary

Need for highly motivated RPA Analyst to identify, analyze, design, and support business process automation opportunities across the organization. The RPA Analyst will partner with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Developers, Operations teams, and Engineering teams to streamline processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI enabled automation, and workflow solutions.

This role bridges business and technology by translating operational needs into automation requirements, supporting bot development, conducting testing, measuring business outcomes, and ensuring successful adoption of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Process Discovery & Assessment

• Identify automation opportunities across business functions.
• Facilitate process discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Analyze current state processes to identify inefficiencies, manual effort, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Document process flows, business rules, exceptions, and system interactions.
• Evaluate automation feasibility and estimate business value, ROI, and effort.

Requirements & Solution Design

• Develop detailed business requirements and process definition documents (PDDs).
• Collaborate with developers and solution architects to design automation solutions.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
• Ensure automation requirements align with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Assist in prioritizing automation opportunities based on value, complexity, and strategic impact.

Development Support

• Work closely with RPA Developers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Clarify business rules and functional requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and solution validation.
• Coordinate issue resolution during development and deployment activities.

Testing & Deployment

• Create and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test cases.
• Validate automation outputs and ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate stakeholder testing and sign off activities.
• Support production deployments and hyper care activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Automation, or RPA.
• Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar RPA platforms.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience creating process maps and workflow documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar work management tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis.
• Exposure to AI enabled automation solutions and intelligent document processing.
• Experience within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or freight brokerage environments.
