POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client, an award-winning residential design firm, is seeking an experienced Revit Drafter to join its St. Petersburg office.
You’ll work alongside architects and designers to transform design concepts into accurate architectural and construction documentation for luxury residential and light commercial projects.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Create detailed architectural and construction drawings using Revit .
• Translate design concepts into accurate technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams.
• Review and revise plans based on project specifications and building codes.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors as needed.
• Provide Revit technical support and troubleshooting to the design team.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Strong Revit proficiency required.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous drafting and design work.
• 2+ years of professional architectural or design drafting experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field preferred.
COMPENSATION
• $20–$45/hour based on experience.
