Compensation: $75,000 – $500,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Meet with a Sales Manager — Have a candid conversation with one of our local sales managers. Ask anything — about licensing, earnings, commissions, or what a typical week in sales looks like.

Get Licensed — No Minnesota Real Estate License yet? No problem. Edina Realty provides licensing education reimbursement and flexible class options — we'll get you selling fast.

Join the Sales Team & Start Earning — From day one you'll have access to sales training, technology, leads, and a team of colleagues invested in your success. No prior real estate experience required — we'll handle the rest.
Requirements: A Minnesota Real Estate License is required to practice — but you don't need one to apply. If you have a background in sales, customer service, or business development, we want to talk to you. We'll help you get licensed.
