Salary: $84,000 - 124,000 per year Requirements:

• Were looking for 2–3 or more years of experience in IT support roles.
• You should have basic to intermediate networking skills, including familiarity with servers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
• We require experience supporting audio-visual systems.
• You should have experience administering Apple computers with enterprise management tools.
• You should have practical experience managing Windows laptops and desktops.
• Were looking for experience with ticket-based enterprise workflow systems, particularly ITIL service desk software and Confluence.

• Help set up audio-visual equipment for internal meetings and events.
• Support employees onsite and remotely with AV systems, including Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, Chrome device management, projectors, and audio and video conferencing.
• Image and deploy laptops and desktops using standard mobile device management tools, including JAMF, NinjaOne, and AirWatch.
• Deploy software and provide end-user support.
• Respond to IT helpdesk requests in person and through our ticketing system.
• Manage hardware and software inventory.
• Work with escalation contacts to improve the end-user experience.
• Maintain and improve our internal and user-facing knowledge base.
