Fencing Sales & Estimator

Wea are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Fencing Sales & Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for meeting with customers, assessing project needs, preparing accurate estimates, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have strong math skills, excellent customer service abilities, a clean driving record, and experience in construction or a related field.

Fencing Sales & Estimator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to discuss fencing needs and recommend solutions.
• Visit job sites to take measurements and gather project details.
• Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes and project timelines.
• Coordinate with office staff and installation crews to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, estimates, and sales activities. 

Fencing Sales & Estimator Qualifications:

• Sales, construction, estimating, fencing, landscaping, or related industry experience highly preferred.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements, drawings, and project specifications.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software.
