Associate Dentist – Partnership Track (Herriman/Riverton, UT)

$216,000–$324,000/year (top of range for partners and senior clinicians with broader procedure scope) | Full-Time W-2 | 30% of Collections + Daily Guarantee | Partnership Track

A privately owned, doctor-led dental group is adding a full-time Associate Dentist on a partnership track at its established Herriman/Riverton, Utah office. You'll step into an established patient base with a smooth transition, a 100% PPO/fee-for-service schedule, and the technology to keep comprehensive care in-house. Start in early 2027 or sooner.

The Role

• Full-time General Dentist, W-2, on a partnership track.

Compensation & Benefits

• $216,000–$324,000 per year. The top of the range reflects partners and senior clinicians with a broader procedure scope.
• 30% of collections.
• A daily guarantee during ramp-up, commensurate with experience.
• A bonus is available, commensurate with experience and negotiable based on the length of commitment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD.
• A Utah dental license, or eligible to obtain one.
• Confident in comprehensive general dentistry. Experience with implants, endo or surgery is a plus.
• Wants a long-term home practice with a path to ownership.
