Ink Connect CO is seeking a professional, organized, and motivated Call Center Representative to join our growing team in New York, NY. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with customers, answering questions, resolving service-related concerns, and providing reliable support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, account details, and company procedures.
* Assist customers with questions, concerns, requests, and basic service issues.
* Document customer interactions, requests, and relevant information accurately in company systems.
* Enter and update customer information, service requests, and notes in internal databases.
* Route complex questions or service issues to the appropriate department or team member.
* Follow up on customer requests when necessary to help ensure timely resolution.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous call center, customer service, office, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent listening, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic computer proficiency, including email, Microsoft Office, and data entry systems.
