We are looking for motivated, goal-driven individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing team. As a Bilingual agent, you will help resolve account issues and guide customers toward financial solutions. No prior collections experience? Schedule & Start Date

• Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Stable, full-time hours)
• Next Training Class: Starts October 12, 2026
• Interviews: Being scheduled immediately!

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding client accounts in both English and Spanish
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
• Negotiate mutually beneficial payment arrangements and resolve account balances
• Accurately update customer records and histories in our system Meet daily and monthly performance targets

What We Are Looking For

• Language: Professional fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish
• Skills: Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
• Financial Comfort: Comfort discussing financial matters and account balances professionally
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
• Experience: Previous call center, customer service, or collections experience is a plus, but not required. We train the right people!
